For Customers
All Plumbers/Heating Engineers have automatically agreed to Book My Plumber Terms and Conditions if they have received a customer lead from us. All plumbers/heating engineers are responsible for providing their own equipment, insurance, tools, vehicles, licenses, and warranties. We do not provide any training or training materials.
All plumbers and heating engineers provided by Book My Plumber are independent and operate with their own equipment, insurance, tools, vehicles, and licenses. Book My Plumber only provides customer leads to local plumbers and does not employ or hire them. We will not be liable for any accidental damage or warranties related to the work performed by these plumbers/heating engineers. For warranty claims or issues related to accidental damage, please contact the plumber directly. We can only assist in connecting you to the plumber if available.
Book My Plumber is a Customer Lead Generation Website, and all plumbers/heating engineers are not directly employed by us. They are independent persons/companies who are self-employed.
All Plumbers/Heating Engineers must source their own resources to address any customer complaints, warranty issues, or accidental damages claimed by the customer (hereafter referred to as “Customers,” meaning the customer leads provided by Book My Plumber for whom they provided service). Book My Plumber will not be liable financially or legally.
HOW WE PASS CONTACT DETAILS
Book My Plumber may pass on plumbers and heating engineers phone number or email address to the customers. We may also pass on customers name, customers phone number, address, email address to the plumbers and heating engineers; through our website, email or SMS. You are responsible to keep the customer details secure and are not allowed to sell to a 3rd party in any way. Failure to keeping the customer details safe may lead to legal action according to the state law. We will not be responsible if you failed the data breach regulation.
THE SERVICE
This website has been made available solely for Plumbers/Heating Engineers and Clients to connect and serves only as a medium to facilitate the provision of Plumbing Services. We do not provide or contract for Service, and Plumbers/Heating Engineers and Clients contract independently for the provision of Service. Book My Plumber does not independently confirm that Plumbers/Heating Engineers are licensed to perform the Plumbing Services offered by them on our Website. However, when Plumbers/Heating Engineers create accounts with Book My Plumber, Plumbers/Heating Engineers certify to Book My Plumber that they are a licensed Plumbers/Heating Engineers, and they are legally able to provide the Plumbing Services they offer to Clients on our Website, and that their business information is correctly represented on Book My Plumber. Book My Plumber reserves the right to delete any incorrect, out of date, or illegal information from account information, as well as DELETE/SUSPEND the entire account information itself at any time.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to completely terminate your Account, or use of the Services, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or for any reason whatsoever. We may also suspend your access to the Services and your Account (including the funds in your Account) if you (a) provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or otherwise be involved in fraudulent or illegal conduct or (b) for any other reason in Book My Plumber’s sole discretion.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
In the event your account is terminated for any reason, you understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions shall continue to be binding on you. Notwithstanding, you agree (i) to immediately stop using this service, (ii) that any permission granted to you under these Terms and Conditions is terminated. You agree that Book My Plumber may retain and use your information and account data as needed to comply with investigations and applicable law.
We will not be liable to you for loss, compensation/reimbursement, or damages in connection with your use of the Services, or in connection with any termination or suspension of the Services. Any termination of these Terms and Conditions does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any Fees or costs accrued prior to the termination and any other amounts owed by you to us as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

BOOK MY PLUMBER IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO, AND DOES NOT ROUTINELY, SCREEN ITS USERS, INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS OR ATTEMPT TO VERIFY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ANY USER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, BUT HAVE NO OBLIGATION, TO MONITOR DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER USERS.
